Your tasks:Analyze, plan and control the global allocation and escalation as well as the bottleneck management in case of supplier bottlenecksOrganize and moderate bottleneck conferences with the supplierContact person for our plants and manage general bottlenecks in cooperation with the suppliers and the production plantsContinuously analyze the supply situation in order to proactively avoid bottlenecksReview the customer demand and identify the impact to the mid and long-term forecasting to proactively secure supply and reduce supply risk / bottlenecksCompetent contact person for the management team at the headquarters and the production plantsInternal reporting and KPI´sSupport the supply chain management Your strengths: University degree in Business AdministrationMinimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar functionConversational level of German and English language (speaking, reading, writing)Experience in dealing with Excel and other MS Office programs and enjoy analyzing dataResilient to act in time-critical situationsHigh social skills as well as a structured, goal-oriented way of working and negotiating skillsEnjoy working in an international teamWilling to travel as the job requires (less than 30%) We provide modern technology and the opportunity to be part of its development from the beginning to the final product.
