We are looking for: A super Storage Engineer to monitor and administrate the infrastructure supporting our entities across Europe. Let’s see below if you’re a perfect match! What you will do: Monitoring and management of the alarms; Checking the good function of the infrastructure for which you are responsible; Management of the SAN / NAS and the entire storage infrastructure; Managing and resolution of L2 incidents; Write procedures, enhance existing incident reports; Identify recurrent incidents and open problem tickets; Communicate to the Client changes, incidents and provide summary about service quality, in agreement with the Service Contract; Stay in touch with evolutions of the technologies in your perimeter, follow the functional and organizational changes, consider new procedures for handling your perimeter. What you must have: Skilled in using at least one of the following tools: Dell EMC DataDomain, IBM Flash Storage, NetApp Storage; Good level of knowledge related to OS and virtualization;
