From this office will be responsible for managing different functions on behalf of the NTT Ltd countries in Europe, including Finance Operations, Contract Management and Order Management.

Act as a consultant in the GSSC Quoting Management Tower during the transition period and stabilization of the process, being involved in solution identification, Global Adoption and continual Service and Solution improvement.

 

 

 

Working at NTT

  • Represent the GSSC in all areas of Quoting Management
  • Work closely with Business Stakeholders and other Global functions to deliver Global Shared Services
  • Own the Quoting Management content for the Global Playbook Update ensuring that all the processes and subprocesses are properly captured and maintained
  • Act as a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for all Service improvement initiatives (People, Process &Technology)
  • Perform process and business analysis, identify gaps and propose opportunities for improvement with a view for continual improvement
  • Relationship management to drive improvements and changes through to production in a timely manner
  • Provide support to both operations and transition teams
  • Be responsible for the creation of training material and training the assigned people as required
  • Work with Business Stakeholders to develop the KPIs and metrics for the activities in Quoting Management
  • Assist all teams with all Quoting related Reports and Dashboards reporting requirements
  • Ensure Contract Data Quality is at a level which meets KPI’s and Objectives
  • Ensure Data Integrity in all Tier 1 Systems that are contracts based. SAP/ITSM/Manage Centre/CM Tool
  • Define OLA’s/SLA’s and ensure team is meeting these agreements
  • Lead all Quoting Management strategies for Quoting Management
  • Manage Quoting Management service enablements for all new group and Region led services

 

 

 

What will make you a good fit for the role?

  • At least 5 years’ experience in “end to end” Sales Support Administration/ Quoting Management processing in a Multinational/Global environment.
  • Excellent understanding of business systems (SAP, SFDC, Direct, ITSM, Manage Centre)
  • Excellent understanding of Quote to Cash management Processes
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Able to advise and interact with all levels of management using excellent Networking and Relationship Building SkillsExcellent Negotiation, influencing & persuasion Skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of general corporate business practices, government and commercial contracting regulations and principles, subcontracting practices, and accounting and finance principles
  • Be a strong motivator and have the willingness to take complete responsibility for a project.
  • Be able to rely extensively on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Comfortable working with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and highly diligent approach to work
  • Pragmatic/lateral approach to finding solutions
  • Proactive with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under own initiative.
  • Able to effectively manage multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A good team player who is able to work collaboratively as well as alone.
