System Test Engineer (Environmental Test) in Ghimbav

For our location in Ghimbav we are currently looking for aSystem Test Engineer (Environmental Test)YOU ARE A GREAT MATCH IF YOU HAVE University degree in Mechanical Engineering/Physics/Electronics or related field;Ability to read/understand complex technical specifications;Automotive experience in environmental laboratory testing (climate, mechanical, shock, endurance, lifetime, haptics, optical, electrical);Knowledge of testing methodologies and equipment;Detail-oriented, multitasking with excellent problem-solving skills;High degree of proactivity, reliability, communication and organizational skills;Experience in international multi-site teamwork;Very good English skills. Bonus skills: Knowledge about automotive environmental testing standards (e.g. ISO 16750, ISO 20653, LV124, EN 60068, 60529).Experience with creating test procedures, planning and conducting critical test operations. JOIN US AND YOU WILL BE ABLE TO:  Work with HMI (Human Machine Interface) and E-mobility products in a brand-new laboratory in Ghimbav, Brasov;Understand product functionality according to specific requirements;Write test procedures for products and subsystems by utilizing deep knowledge of the product’s requirements and capabilities;Update/modify work instructions as needed throughout the entire process;Participate in internal and external review meetings, including in escalation cases;Test management – perform scheduling of environmental tests in the laboratory management system, including equipment reservation;Ability to design, set-up, and execute complete vibration, shock, thermal cycle, endurance, lifetime, haptics and optical testing in a fast-paced environment in accordance with relevant standards;Test setup - assist with equipment calibration and maintenance activities;Maintain records of all the compliance testing during DV, PV and engineering qualification phases.
