Responsibilities:
- Identify and prepare development plans for employees and work with regional leaders to identify employees ready for promotion and advancement across different functions
- Contribute to the execution of the HR strategy within the region
- Along with the other departments, act as the source of HR expertise for management and employees from assigned region
- Lead regional HR change management projects and manage related internal and external communications
- Act as the performance improvement driver and provoke positive changes in people management
- Periodical talks with employees - facilitation, data capture, action plans
- Assist with training, on/off boarding, employee relations, and data management
- Offer support with local Talent Acquisition
- Employee relations – including remote employee outreach and handling sensitive employee and legal matters
- Facilitate manager and employee engagement
- Assist with compensation and benefits review for employees from the assigned region
- Offer support with employer branding activities for local market
Requirements:
- Career level with a complete understanding and wide application of HR principles, theories and concepts. Working under only general direction, provides solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Independently determines and develops approach to solutions
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
- Ability to interact with all levels of employees and management
- Exceptional people management problem solving skills
- Experience with sensitive employee relations matters and labor legislation
- High capacity for work and the ability to successfully balance competing priorities simultaneously
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Advanced English skills (oral and written)
