Job Responsibilities
Leading and developing the plant’s technical and engineering teams
Overseeing preventive maintenance, repair operations, automation, and production engineering
Ensuring the efficiency, safety, and reliability of all production machinery and equipment
Driving continuous improvement and supporting new product introductions and technology transfer
Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, internal procedures, and legal regulation
Collaborating with cross-functional and global teams to share best practices
Background & Skills
A university degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field)
Proven leadership experience in a technical or maintenance role in a manufacturing environment
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, production equipment, and automation
Hands-on experience with maintenance of cold/hot deformation equipment and electric machines
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
Fluency in English (written and spoken
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
