Technical Project Manager PMO in Constanţa

For our Client a German company from the healthcare sector we are looking for a qualified Technical PM/ PMO with a good knowledge of English to join our team.   Tasks Support implementation processes, business cases/opportunity reviews for roadmap planning and prioritization Support for the introduction of processes, budget planning/resource planning vs. targets and necessary functionalities to achieve them in subsidiaries Setting up and implementing the KPI system, tracking the KPIs and working with the teams to independently set up and implement measures based on the KPIs Setting up and leading practice communities per role Organization and implementation of architecture, requirements and planning workshops and internal team meetings, including the preparation and follow-up of materials and the recording of results as well as the follow-up of the action items Daily coaching and support of the teams/team leads for the independent assumption of responsibility geared towards the achievement of goals Establish and implement documentation standards and work with teams to self-organize and incorporate updates into standard processes Tracking project and implementation progress Creation of board presentations, presentations for all-hands meetings, and trade fairs Analysis and comparison of development and operational processes with proposals for measures Conducting workshops, preparing presentations and reports for the transformation of the product area as part of change management What you need min 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a management consultancy, e.g. in the healthcare sector Experience in the development of digital products and software solutions, as well as in the definition of a digital product portfolio Experience in efficient data preparation and presentation, as well as ideally in the construction of complex data models Affinity for eCommerce topics and interest in market trends, online stores and business models of the digital industry is an advantage Experience in product and project management (conception, planning, control) High degree of initiative and quality awareness as well as a structured and independent way of working and the personal ambition to design products and contribute ideas High IT affinity Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
