About projectCurrently for our Client (one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world) we are looking for Technical Delivery Lead for pharmaceutical industry. TasksContinuously establish and update company standards within the QA area and play the role of the owner and the expert in this fieldEnsure projects are launched, executed, and completed according to the client's expectationsCreate test strategies and test plans for products and featuresIdentify how QA team members align within an organizational standard and support them in achieving the set goalsPlan and host regular knowledge transfer sessions for the QA teamServe as a high-level QA expert and provide technical guidance for management, team leaders, and also for clients RequirementsMin. 5 years of professional experience within the relevant technology, application or business domainExperience in MES system or has a background in a Pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is an advantageMin. 1 year of professional experience managing/leading test teamsExperience with ITIL and PM needed.Experience with test management tools.Experience in designing and implementing business applications.Strong problem solving, project planning, systems analysis, teamwork, and organizational skillsKnowledgeable in SDLC regulatory requirements and processes, ability to develop and maintain SDLC documentation and procedures.Knowledge of Computerized System Validation.Knowledge of Service License Agreement. We offerFinancial transparency: the salary is: 20 160 – 21 840 PLN (120 - 130 PLN/h) + VATClear wage model (75/25). 7N Consultants receive 75% of the amount paid by the Client.
