Job Description Responsible for processing complaints from the location: registration, evaluation and conclusions of all Complaints procedures; Selection, determination and/or optimization of test methods, materials and measuring and testing devices; when necessary, there will be support in their acquisition (in coordination with PPx/PUE); Sends information to potential affected factories (Alarm Q); Implementing quality assurance measures or initiating their implementation through TSC; Support for the location: training the employees who are responsible for testing and supports them in case of problems; Recording and testing the plausibility of defect costs; Participation in taking samples from the production lines as part of the change...
