Customer Service Agent (Remote) in România, România, Serbia

 This is a seasonal job for two to three months. We are looking for a talented professional with passion for customer service to work with our international eCommerce customer and their online customer support. This will be a remote position, so you get to work from home - yet still be a part of the amazingly proficient and global BrandBastion team!

 Responsibilities: 

 Process and answer customer inquiriesMaintain customer records by updating account informationProblem-solving customer issuesChoose and implement the best solution to fix the problemFollow up to ensure resolutionProvide the best customer experience 

 Requirements
