Technical Solution Consultant for Storage and Power Systems (Energy & Control Management Vertical team)
Role Overview:
As the TSC, you will use your strong leadership and business development skills, deep knowledge of the battery energy storage and Power industry and the applicable Honeywell solutions to enable the profitable growth of the ECM Vertical in your associated regions of Europe and META.
This role reports into the Global TSC Leader and is primarily responsible for building go-to-market strategies, working collaboratively with business development and sales organizations in the regions assigned. You will be responsible for bringing a deep understanding of the market, products available, solutions requested, customer needs, trends, and government policies to the development of a pursuit strategy. This role also works collaboratively with other solutions leaders in the vertical to ensure alignment and consistencies across the globe.
The TSC, is responsible for benchmarking and evaluating new technologies or new offerings from suppliers to integrate into our solutions. Additionally, the role is responsible for supporting the identification and development of key partnerships in their associated pole. Attendance at key trade shows and technical conferences and presenting at such events is required when assigned.
Travel: Up to 50 % of the time
Responsibilities:
Be a change agent - influence, consult, and lead efforts for sharing and standardizing of best-in-class solutions Coordinate customer segment focused solutions across various lines of business to act as a trusted client partner, relied on for strategic points of view to drive value-based solutions; facilitate cross SBU engagement. Provide strategic thought leadership and analytic consulting to businesses, sales, and vertical leadership Work with the Sales Teams and Vertical Leaders to align and drive the customer growth strategy for the vertical. Build strong relationships with key customers. Form and manage strategic partnerships with 3rd parties needed to support the new business models. Define, create, and socialize solutions offerings for industry and sub-industry solutions including supporting collateral (PPT, battlecard), target accounts/clients. Collaborating with other Vertical Solutions Leaders and Offering Management leaders to implement best practices and strategies for the Pole. Collaborate with offering management and technical solutions consultants to actively contribute as part of the relevant NPI business teams for the Vertical
Basic Qualifications:
. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent Five plus years of related technical experience, particularly in the delivery of electrical projects such as battery energy storage project, microgrids, microgrid controls applications and Power Generation. Five additional years of experience as a technical or business development lead, responsible for the delivery of electrical projects such as battery energy storage project, microgrids, microgrid controls applications, Combine Cycle control and/or implementation.
